E-mail Forwarding
Email Forwarding - discover in which cases it could be helpful and how to activate it from your hosting account.
The term email forwarding refers to an e-mail being forwarded from a recipient address to a third-party address that isn't listed as a receiver. For example, a customer sends out an e-mail from their personal mail box to support@domain.com and as far as they're involved, this is actually the single receiver. If there's an active forwarding, the email could be sent to owner@domain.com, for instance, even though the customer never meant the email to be sent there and may not be aware of the existence of this mailbox. There are different reasons for using such forwarding. For instance, if you have many email addresses you're able to forward them all to a single email address, which can make keeping track of e-mails easier and will allow you to collect emails and respond to them timely. The feature could also be used if a number of people should receive a copy of an electronic message delivered to a standard mail box.

E-mail Forwarding in Cloud Website Hosting
You'll be able to forward any e-mail address hosted through our system to another one or more third-party addresses in no time if you've got a
cloud website hosting package with us. The option can be enabled and disabled through the Emails area of the Hepsia Control Panel whenever you want and you will be able to check out a summary of all emails where your correspondence will be forwarded to. You'll have the choice to leave a duplicate of the incoming emails on the server and have a backup in case that you delete anything from the remote mailbox. This feature can also be quite handy if there's a temporary problem with the other email address. As long as it is enabled so we keep a copy of all your email messages being relayed through our servers, you'll not risk sacrificing messages.

E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you have a
semi-dedicated server through our company, you'll need simply a few mouse clicks inside the Email Manager area of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel to forward the emails set up on our system to a third-party e-mail address. In the same area you will also be able to see how many of your mailboxes are forwarded and exactly where the inbound messages are sent. You're able to enable or deactivate a forwarding account whenever you want and throughout the process you may as well choose whether a backup of the email messages needs to be kept on our servers or not. Even if this feature is not a necessity, it is valuable because you will have a copy of the messages on our end just in case that something happens with the third-party email address. Even if they've got a momentary problem, you run the risk of losing email messages as when our server gets and forwards a message, nothing at all will be maintained on our end unless you chosen a copy to be saved.
